Construction is continuing to rise on Bentley Residences Miami, a 62-story residential tower at 18401 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach. Designed by Sieger Suarez Architects in collaboration with Bentley Motors and developed by Dezer Development, the 716-foot-tall structure will yield 216 condominium residences with private in-unit sky garages accessed by the patented Dezervator vehicle elevator system. Coastal Construction is overseeing construction, and completion is anticipated in 2028.
Fort Lauderdale-based W D Cordova LLC has plans for an affordable housing development in its home city.
Construction has commenced on Serenity Gardens, a 153-unit affordable senior housing community in Miami Gardens, following a groundbreaking ceremony held by SG Holdings and New Urban Development LLC, an affiliate of the Urban League of Greater Miami. The development is being built on city-leased land in partnership with the City of Miami Gardens and is expected to be completed in late 2028.
