Construction is progressing on JEM Miami Worldcenter, a 67-story mixed-use residential tower rising at 1016 Northeast 2nd Avenue in Downtown Miami. Developed by New York City-based Naftali Group and designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Rockwell Group, the skyscraper is planned to rise approximately 700 feet and span an estimated 741,252 square feet, yielding 273 condominium residences under the JEM Private Residences moniker and 530 multifamily units, along with 10,244 square feet of ground-floor retail space and 591 parking spaces. Coastal Construction is the general contractor for the development, which is being permitted under 175 Northeast 10th Street and occupies a full-block site bounded by Northeast 2nd Avenue, Northeast 10th Street, and Northeast 11th Street.
Groundbreaking has been announced for The Cove Residences, A Waterfront Collection, a 40-story condominium tower planned at 456 NE 29th Street in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood. The project is being developed by SB Development and Hazelton Capital Group, with architecture and interior design by Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design and Dieguez Fridman Architects. Kaufman Lynn Construction has been appointed as general contractor. The bayfront development is planned to yield 134 condominium units and is targeting completion in 2028.

Northlink Capital has broken ground on 7200 Collins, a 12-story residential development at 7111 Harding Avenue in Miami Beach’s North Beach neighborhood. Designed by Revuelta Architecture International, with interiors by Adriana Hoyos Design Studio, Ortega Construction Company serving as general contractor, and sales and marketing led by OneWorld Properties, the project is planned to deliver 222 fully furnished residences.
