Neology Life Development Group (Neology), led by Lissette Calderon, has officially topped off construction of “The Julia,” a  14-story, $100 million residential tower at 1625 Northwest 20th Street that will deliver 323 one- and two-bedroom apartments to Miami’s Allapattah neighborhood in downtown Miami in February 2024. The development, design, and construction team members, including JAXI Builders, Inc., Behar Font & Partners, interior designer designBAR, and landscape architect Witkin Hults + Partners, gathered on Friday, March 31, 2023, to commemorate the milestone in construction.

Onda Residences Tops Off Construction At 1135 103rd Street In Bay Harbor Islands

Onda Residences, a 41-unit residential building project developed by Ugo Colombo of CMC Group and Valerio Morabito of Morabito Properties, has topped off construction at eight stories. Located along Biscayne Bay at 1135 103rd Street, the architect behind the project is Bernardo Fort-Brescia of Arquitectonica. Enzo Enea of Enea Garden Design is designing landscape architecture, and Carlo and Paolo Colombo of A++ Human Sustainable Architecture are handling interior design. Coastal Construction is the development’s general contractor and will complete construction later this year.

Miami’s Building Department Issues Demolition Permit To Developers For Casa Bella Site In Downtown Miami

On January 30, Miami’s Building Department approved a permit to demolish a 3-story office building located at 1400 Biscayne Boulevard. This demolition will clear the way for constructing Casa Bella by B&B Italia, a 55-story luxury residential condo tower designed by world-renowned architecture firm Arquitectonica, with interiors being designed by Piero Lissoni. The scope of work, estimated to cost $800,000, will involve the clearance of 249,978 square feet, and BG Group has been contracted as the demolition contractor.

Permits Filed For The Crosby Miami Worldcenter At 601 North Miami Avenue

New construction permits have been filed for The Crosby Miami Worldcenter, a 33-story residential building slated for the 27-acre Miami Worldcenter 10-block mixed-use complex in Park West, Downtown Miami. Designed by Cohen Freedman Encinosa & Associates and developed by Related Group and Merrimac Ventures under the DT G Block LLC, the 376-foot-tall will yield 450 fully finished and furnished condominium units spread across 387,355 square feet with interiors by AvroKO, as well as 3,370 square feet of general retail space. Beauchamp Construction Co., Inc. is the general contractor for the project, which is addressed as 601 North Miami Avenue.
