The project will offer 401 residential units along with a 5-level parking garage and is within walking distance of Altamonte Springs’ emerging dining and shopping district.
An Ohio-based developer has started construction on a build-to-rent community in Pasco County. Stillwell Pasco Station will comprise 277 residences, offering one-bedroom to three-bedroom layout plans; each unit will measure no more than 1,300 square feet.

Construction has officially begun on the Fifth Street Pedestrian Bridge, a colorful, elevated walkway designed by French conceptual artist Daniel Buren to enhance pedestrian and bicycle connectivity in Miami Beach.
