Property Markets Group (PMG), in partnership with Lion Development Group and LNDMRK Development, has officially broken ground on One West Twelve Residences (ONE W12), a 372-unit residential development designed by CUBE 3 in the heart of Historic Overtown. The groundbreaking took place on October 1, marking the start of construction on a project that aims to blend modern design with the area’s cultural and architectural heritage. John Moriarty & Associates serves as the general contractor, with completion expected in 2028.

Vertical construction is now underway on Smart Brickell Luxe, the third and final tower within the Smart Brickell development in Miami’s Brickell neighbourhood. Designed by Ginard Studio and developed by Habitat Group, the project is rising at 885 SW 3rd Avenue, with permits filed under 267 SW 9th Street. The tower represents the culmination of the Smart Brickell master plan, which has introduced a new wave of residential and hospitality-driven architecture to the western edge of Brickell.
A six-story office and retail building within Tampa’s Gasworx district has officially topped out, marking a key construction milestone for the large-scale redevelopment taking shape in Ybor City. The 145,000-square-foot structure, built by Moss Construction, will serve as the future headquarters for Grow Financial and introduce new office and retail space to one of Tampa’s most historic neighborhoods.
