Located at 151 North Seabreeze Boulevard, the 300-foot-tall structures were designed by Kobi Karp Architects with interiors by ID & Design International and built by Coastal Construction Company. The project comprises 194 residences, now 88 percent sold, with new owners moving in. Set along the shoreline, Selene Oceanfront Residences commands a prominent position on Fort Lauderdale’s beachfront skyline, offering panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, Intracoastal Waterway, and Downtown Fort Lauderdale, and is bounded by Sebastian Street to the south, Alhambra Street to the north, and North Birch Road to the west.
