Construction has wrapped up on Phase One of Parks at Delray, a sprawling mixed-use development located at 2100 South Congress Avenue in Delray Beach, Florida. General contractor ANF played an integral role in delivering this initial phase, comprising 420 luxury rental units within the expansive 43-acre community.
Developed by 13th Floor Investments and Key International in collaboration with CDS International Holdings and Wexford Capital, Parks at Delray introduces a blend of residential, retail, and office spaces designed to revitalize the Congress Avenue corridor. Upon full completion, the development will house a total of 747 multifamily units, with approximately 10 percent designated as workforce housing to align with regional affordability initiatives.

Residences delivered in Phase One range from one- to three-bedroom apartments, sized between 580 to 1,400 square feet, and three-bedroom townhomes offering between 1,670 and 1,770 square feet. Residents benefit from an array of resort-style amenities, including a clubhouse, fitness center, pool, social lounge, and ample landscaped green spaces.

MSA Architects served as the project’s architect, creating a cohesive vision that integrates residential comfort with active community engagement. The completion of this first phase marks a significant milestone in realizing a comprehensive vision intended to invigorate the area and provide sustainable housing solutions for years to come.
