Hallandale Beach-based Gadamis Property LLC wants to proceed with the second phase of Nine Hollywood.
The first phase finished construction last year, where it comprises 226 units. The second phase of Nine Hollywood requires close to 205,000 square feet of new construction, measuring 13 stories and featuring 198 apartments. The studio to three-bedroom residences would span 508 to 1,130 square feet; communal amenities would include multiple pickleball courts and a fifth-floor amenity deck with a fitness center and swimming pool.

Rent will likely align with the rates for the first phase of Nine Hollywood, which currently starts at $1,954 a month for a 428-square-foot studio, per Apartments.com. RentCafé notes that the average cost of an 891-square-foot apartment in Hollywood is currently $2,138 a month. In addition to the residential aspect, Nine Hollywood phase two would feature 6,400 square feet of retail and 283 parking spots.
Hollywood’s Technical Advisory Committee will consider a rezoning request for the one-acre site next week. Gadamis Property LLC assembled the seven lots that comprise the proposed build site for $4.5 million total before the first phase finished construction.
Nine Hollywood’s second phase would occupy 1831 Jackson St., Hollywood, FL, 33020, in Broward County. The venture would be directly south of Young Circle.
