Following the completion of its 72 Park project in Miami-Dade County, developer Lefferts is proceeding with a luxury condo right across the street. 72 Carlyle is set to measure 70 stories above grade and comprise 134 homes. Each of the one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences features an expansive terrace, with select homes offering summer kitchens. In total, the venture would feature close to 240,000 square feet of new construction.

According to the South Florida Business Journal, the smallest condos, measuring 770 square feet, start at $1.8 million. A three-bedroom, 6,276-square-foot home is currently listed at $10 million. General in-unit features include floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that allow for natural lighting, spacious balconies, and appliances by Gaggenau.

72 Carlyle will offer more than 45,000 square feet of amenities, with key features including a resort-style swimming pool, padel court, and fully outfitted spa with a sauna and steam rooms. Residents will also have access to a private beach where they can rent cabanas and request other services. Piero Lissoni is the architect.

Construction has not yet started on 72 Carlyle, though the Eklund Gomes Team at Douglas Elliman has recently launched sales. The project is set for the 30,750-square-foot site at 7130 Carlyle Ave. and 600 72nd Street, Miami Beach, Florida, 33141, in Miami-Dade County.
