Edge House Miami Receives Approval From Miami’s Urban Development Review Board At 1825 NE 4th Avenue In Edgewater

Grupo T&C has received approval from the City of Miami’s Urban Development Review Board for Edge House Miami, a 57-story luxury home-sharing tower planned for 1825 NE 4th Avenue in the Edgewater neighborhood. Designed by Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design, the development will rise 649 feet and deliver 608 turnkey units ranging from studios to three-bedroom layouts.

Residences will span from 410 to 1,242 square feet with interiors by Adriana Hoyos Design Studio. Features include floor-to-ceiling windows, nine-foot ceilings, private terraces, and Smart Building technology.

The development’s amenities will be distributed across two levels and a skyline deck, including active and tranquil pools, a wellness center with treatment rooms, yoga studio, fitness facilities, and indoor and outdoor lounges. Additional features will include co-working areas, meeting rooms, a podcast studio, and a lobby lounge with bar and coffee service. A 24/7 valet and concierge will serve residents. Outdoor amenities designed by Witkin Hults & Partners will include landscaped gardens, a playground, and a putting green.

Edge House Miami is also described as the first biosecure short-term rental tower in the area, integrating Clear™ air, water, and surface purification technology.
