Construction has commenced on Visions at Brickell Station, a multi-million-dollar venture that Florida YIMBY first covered in 2023. The eight-story project will comprise 110 condo/hotel units; the fully furnished condos will span 490 to 675 square feet. Floorplans include studios, junior suites, and suites.
In-unit features include open-concept designs, kitchens, and dining spaces. Other features include quartz countertops, a 75-inch smart TV, and ceramic tile flooring. The South Florida Business Journal reports that 50 percent of the condos are already pre-sold, with the remaining units ranging from $495,000 to $675,000.

Communal amenities at Visions at Brickell Station will include a rooftop swimming pool and terrace, fitness center, and restaurant. There’s also a wellness aspect, with the building featuring filtered tap water, aromatherapeutic diffusers, and Vitamin C diffusion therapy showers.
DTI Architects designed the mid-rise venture; T&G Construction is the general contractor. The firm hopes to have finished the project by the first quarter of 2027, meaning completion is estimated to take 20 to 22 months.
Visions at Brickell Station will occupy a 14,250-square-foot site that developer Urban Network Capital Group (UNCG) assembled for a combined $8.5 million. It’s currently undergoing construction at 1120 SW 3rd Avenue, Miami, FL, 33130, in Miami-Dade County.
