Single-Family Development Marina Landings to Offer 34 Homes at 2300 SW 15th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, Florida

After securing 4.93 acres from the Fort Lauderdale First Church of the Nazarene, an affiliate of 13th Floor Homes is ready to move forward with plans for a single-family housing development.

Marina Landings will offer just 34 homes, with most averaging around 2,800 square feet each. Per the South Florida Business Journal, they will start in the low $1 millions. There will be four different floorplans to choose from. Every home will come with at least four bedrooms and either three or three-and-a-half bathrooms.

The venture will offer 34 homes.

Developers hope to break ground on Marina Landings by the end of this year, with delivery slated for 2024. Landon Massel, the Director of Acquisitions for 13th Floor, told the Real Deal that Marina Landings is “a unicorn in East Fort Lauderdale.” That’s because there are few tracts of land left that allow for new single-family housing developments.

ESA Quality Design is the architect. Craven Thompson & Associates, Inc. is the civil engineer and landscape architect. Marina Landings will soon start construction at 2300 SW 15th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, 33315, in Broward County.

13th Floor Homes purchased the build site from the Fort Lauderdale First Church of the Nazarene.

The development will be east of I-95 and south of Bill Keith Preserve Park. The Fort Lauderdale First Church of the Nazarene’s operations will continue adjacent to the build site.
