Aman Miami Beach Residences Gets FAA Clearance, Approved for Heights Up to 252 Feet Above Ground

OKO Group and Access Industries have secured Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) approval for the Aman Miami Beach Residences at 3425 Collins Avenue. The FAA issued two determinations, each specifying height clearances for different points of the building to ensure compliance with airspace regulations. The primary clearance permits a maximum height of 252 feet above ground level or 255 feet above mean sea level, representing the highest point of the building. The second clearance applies to the structure’s highest point, closest to the Miami International Airport (MIA) runway, with a height cap of 227 feet above ground or 230 feet above sea level. These approvals, finalized last week, are valid until late April 2026.
