Mast Capital And Rockpoint Mark Topping Off Of 3900 Alton Road In Miami Beach

Mast Capital, in partnership with Rockpoint, has achieved a notable construction milestone by topping off 3900 Alton Road. This nine-story residential building in Miami Beach, designed by the esteemed Arquitectonica with landscape architecture by Within Hults + Partners, adds 178 new units to the city’s housing market, establishing it as a premier location for upscale rental accommodations. Kaufman Lynn Construction, serving as the general contractor, recently showcased a video on LinkedIn celebrating the topping ceremony. JGR Construction, Inc. oversees the structural work, and US American Concrete oversees concrete tasks. Coastal Metal is responsible for metalwork, while AKO Plumbing Corp is the plumbing contractor. Morrow Equipment has two tower cranes at the site. Doka USA provides formwork solutions, and NV5, Inc. handles construction materials testing.

Construction is underway for 3900 Alton Road, a 9-story multifamily development on a 1.87-acre site between Florida State Road 907, the Julia Tuttle Causeway, and the Talmudic College in Miami Beach. Designed by Arquitectonica and developed by a joint venture partnership between Mast Capital and Rockpoint Group, the development will comprise 178 residential units, ranging from studios to three-bedroom, and 269 parking spaces. Kaufman Lynn Construction is the general contractor, and AKO Plumbing Corp is the plumbing contractor.

Brightline Hosts Construction Milestone Topping-Off Ceremony At Boca Raton Station

Brightline, the only provider of modern, eco-friendly, intercity rail in America, along with its contractor Kaufman Lynn, recently hosted the “topping-off” ceremony for its Boca Raton station and parking garage located at 101 Northwest 4th Street. Brightline’s president, Patrick Goddard, was joined by Boca Raton Mayor Scott Singer, Kaufman Lynn Construction Senior Vice President Garrett Southern, and city council members. The event signifies a milestone event as the vertical and structural work has been completed and the focus now shifts towards completing the interiors. The Topping Off event will be commemorated with a ceremonial signing of a beam inside the train station.

Boca Raton-based Grover Corlew wants to build a 271-unit residential development at 1625 South Congress Avenue in Delray Beach. Dubbed Mayla Delray, the project would be the third in the developer’s portfolio under the Mayla Residences brand and is a response to fill in a need for residential housing as demand continues to grow. The proposal calls for an 8-story structure with Class-A residential units within an existing office complex that sits south of Linton Boulevard and west of the Interstate 95 and CSX train tracks. Of the 271 units, 55 will be set aside for workforce housing, and the development would also bring a string of landscaped plaza features along South Congress Avenue, including a transit stop, that would be linked to existing and proposed buildings

Brightline Breaks Ground On Zyscovich Architects-Designed Boca Raton Station

Brightline, the only provider of modern, eco-friendly, intercity rail in America, breaks ground on its new Boca Raton station with Kaufman Lynn Construction, Inc. as the
construction manager for the garage and train station. Once completed, the station will be Brightline’s fifth operational in Florida, connecting travelers from Boca Raton to Miami, Aventura, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, and soon Orlando. Located on a 1.8-acre site across from Mizner Park and adjacent to the downtown library, Brightline’s Boca station, designed by Zyscovich Architects, will feature approximately 38,000 square feet of space which will include its signature autonomous MRKT and premium lounge among other station amenities. The station will offer a seamless travel experience through modern technology, including a cashless environment, touchless turnstiles and high-speed WiFi. Brightline’s Boca station is expected to be complete in the fall of 2022.
