‘Tal Aventura’ Developer Seeks Approval for Revised Condo Tower with Hotel Addition

The developer behind the approved Tal Aventura condo tower is proposing a significant change to the project by incorporating a hotel component on the lower floors. Initially greenlit by city officials in 2022 for 86 condominiums across 26 stories, the development site, spanning 1.55 acres at 2785 Northeast 183rd Street, has remained untouched, awaiting construction commencement. The site, situated just northwest of Maule Lake, is under contract by Got183 LLC, with Matthew Rosenblatt of the Aventura-based 2151 Development Group at the helm.

Renderings of amenities and interiors have been revealed for Tal Aventura, a planned 26-story residential building located at 2785 Northeast 183rd Street in Aventura. Designed by IDEA Architect with interiors designed by ID & Design International and developed by 2151 Development Group and 2020 Acquisitions, the development will yield a collection of 86 residences ranging from two to five bedrooms, with an assortment of customizable lanai and penthouse residences, all boasting unobstructed views of Maule Lake.

Developers 2151 Development Group and 2020 Acquisitions received conditional use approval from the City Commission to move forward with Tal Aventura, a 26-story boutique residential tower planned for 2785 Northeast 183rd Street near Maule Lake in Aventura, Florida. Designed by Miami-based IDEA Architects, the family-focused luxury condominium development will yield 86 residential units with a majority ranging from 2,500 to 3,500 square feet plus expansive lanai and penthouse units over 6,000 square feet. Residents will have access to over 50,000 square feet of green spaces and amenities including a gym, a coffee/juice bar, a toddler playroom, a yoga studio, a splash pad, a basketball/pickleball court, and a pool.
