With over 70% of units sold, the project will feature 244 luxury condominiums, including penthouses, with open floor plans and expansive terraces that provide sweeping views across St. Petersburg and Tampa Bay. Coastal Construction serves as the general contractor for the project, which is scheduled for completion in 2025.

General Contractor Selected for Next Phases of Marina Pointe in Tampa Bay’s Westshore Marina District

Coastal Construction has been selected to lead the pre-construction planning for the next phases of Marina Pointe at Westshore Marina District in Tampa Bay. This three-tower waterfront development aims to expand upscale residential options in the area. The second tower is planned to commence construction later this year, adding 151  condos ranging from 1,100 to 3,300 square feet. Prices for these one- to four-bedroom residences will start in the high six figures and go up to several million dollars. Additionally, seven Harbour Homes, each approximately 3,300 square feet, will be part of this phase. Marina Pointe, situated on a private peninsula, is a key feature of the 52-acre Westshore Marina District, providing residents with easy access to shopping, dining, green trails, boating, and water sports.

Tampa Bay Rays Reveal New Conceptual Images for Downtown St. Petersburg Stadium

The Tampa Bay Rays have unveiled new conceptual designs for their proposed baseball stadium in downtown St. Petersburg. Foundations Underway For 46-Story ‘The Residences At 400 Central’ In Downtown St. Petersburg

Foundation work has begun for The Residences at 400 Central, a 46-story mixed-use building at 400 Central Avenue in Downtown St. Petersburg. Slated to become the city’s tallest building, the 515-foot-tall structure is designed by Miami-based Arquitectonica with interiors by Celano Design Studio and is being developed by New York City-based Red Apple Real Estate, led by John Catsimatidis. The project will yield 1.3 million square feet of space including 301 residential units, 35,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities, retail and restaurant space, Class A office space, and a rooftop observatory with a view from Tampa Bay to the Gulf of Mexico. This first stage of foundation construction is expected to be completed in the next few months, and vertical constriction is expected to begin in early 2023.
