“With Royal Palm at Lake Nona, we are setting a new standard for luxury living in one of Orlando’s most dynamic and innovative communities,” said Dan Kodsi, CEO of Royal Palm Companies. “This project represents our commitment to creating high-quality, thoughtfully designed spaces that elevate the lifestyle of our residents while fostering community growth and enhancing the surrounding area. By integrating modern design with sustainable and luxurious amenities, we aim to deliver an exceptional living experience that benefits our residents, partners, and the Lake Nona community as a whole. This development will set a new benchmark for elevated living in the Orlando area.”

Residences at Royal Palm at Lake Nona will range from 782 to 1,398 square feet, offering a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts. Beyond the residences, the development emphasizes sustainability and modern convenience with an extensive selection of amenities. These include:

  • A 9,000-square-foot clubhouse with a coworking business center, private offices, a demonstration kitchen, and curated original artwork.
  • A state-of-the-art fitness center and indoor pet grooming station.
  • A resort-style pool featuring a jacuzzi, cabanas, and vitality-focused design elements.
  • Electric vehicle (EV) charging stations to support green living.

“Royal Palm at Lake Nona reflects our vision of integrating sustainability and luxury to create spaces that both inspire and uplift residents,” said Ricardo Caporal, Founder and President of Mattoni Group. “Every detail has been meticulously planned to cater to residents’ needs for comfort, convenience and a sense of community.”

The development’s location in Lake Nona, a master-planned community recognized as one of Cisco’s nine Iconic Smart + Connected Cities, offers residents proximity to world-class amenities and employers. Lake Nona Town Center, the USTA National Campus, Nona Adventure Park, and Lake Nona Golf & Country Club are among the notable destinations nearby. The area is also a hub for leading companies, with over 4.3 million square feet of office space and 2 million square feet of laboratory space, housing major employers such as Johnson & Johnson, KPMG, Siemens, and Amazon. With its location less than 10 minutes from Orlando International Airport and Florida’s Turnpike, the community offers unparalleled connectivity.
