The West Tower at Oasis Hallandale Phase Three Advances in Vertical Construction

MGM Construction Group, a South Florida-based commercial and residential construction firm, has announced the concrete pouring for levels 1-13 of the West Tower at Oasis Hallandale. Located at 1000 East Hallandale Beach Boulevard, this mixed-use development is set to top out in late fall, featuring 500 residences, shops, restaurants, and offices on its 10-acre site. The West Tower will rise 25 stories and include 250 homes, with amenities such as a pool deck, gym, splash fountain, fire pit, hot tub, yoga lawn, outdoor movie theater, and spa area.

Construction is officially underway on the residential component for Oasis Hallandale, located at 1000 East Hallandale Beach Boulevard in the City of Hallandale Beach, marking the third phase for the sprawling 10-acre mixed-use community. Spearheaded by developer Giuseppe Iadisernia, the project is set to redefine luxury living in this coveted coastal destination. Iadisernia’s plan envisions the development of two iconic 25-story residential towers, offering a combined total of 500 condominiums. The west tower, the first of the twin structures, has broken ground, and it’s expected to welcome its first residents by 2025. Plans are already set to commence construction on the east tower in 2024, aiming for a completion date in 2026.

Chile-based 3D visualizations, photography, and design firm PLANGO has unveiled a set of new renderings of the third phase at Oasis Hallandale, a pair of 25-story residential towers now under construction at 1000 East Hallandale Beach Boulevard. Designed by renowned architectural firm Arquitectonica and developed by Hallandale Oasis 2019 LLC, led by Giuseppe Iadisernia, the 1,448,000-square-foot residential phase will be spread across two glass-enveloped towers offering 500 condominium units, accompanied by the completed first phase and a nearly complete second phase comprising office and retail.
