Construction is officially underway on the residential component for Oasis Hallandale, located at 1000 East Hallandale Beach Boulevard in the City of Hallandale Beach, marking the third phase for the sprawling 10-acre mixed-use community. Spearheaded by developer Giuseppe Iadisernia, the project is set to redefine luxury living in this coveted coastal destination. Iadisernia’s plan envisions the development of two iconic 25-story residential towers, offering a combined total of 500 condominiums. The west tower, the first of the twin structures, has broken ground, and it’s expected to welcome its first residents by 2025. Plans are already set to commence construction on the east tower in 2024, aiming for a completion date in 2026.

The condos range from cozy 894-square-foot one-bedroom units to more expansive three-bedroom residences covering up to 1,800 square feet. And for those seeking the epitome of lavish living, penthouses spanning 2,286 to 4,756 square feet are also available. Prices start at $600,000 for condos and $2 million for penthouses, reflecting the exclusivity of this address.

Already, the developer has witnessed an impressive 67% pre-sale rate for the west tower, indicating the high demand and appeal of Oasis Hallandale. While sales have yet to begin for the east tower, this initial response underscores the project’s remarkable potential.

Behind the scenes, Hallandale Beach-based MGM Construction Group is the general contractor, meticulously bringing the developer’s vision to life.  Notably, MGM Construction Group shared an insightful glimpse into the site preparation process on Instagram in June, effectively setting the stage for the impending rise of these residential towers. The project’s financial backing is secured by a $22.5 million mortgage from the City National Bank of Florida in 2021 and a $1.14 million second mortgage from Five Investments Florida in March.
