72 Park Residences brings something unique to Miami-Dade County: short-term luxury rentals overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway. The 22-story high-rise tower will offer 270 units (121 microunits), ranging from 470 square feet to 1,177 square feet each, along with five high-speed elevators.
Featuring one-bedroom to three-bedroom rentals, residences come with spacious floorplans, open-air balconies, energy-efficient appliances, and imported Italian cabinetry. In July 2023, Miami Condo Investments reported that condos start at $700,000s.
72 Park Residences offers more than short-term living arrangements; it also offers 64,000 square feet of amenities, and 35,000 square feet of an amenity deck. Offerings include a 150-foot-long resort-style pool, fitness center, and yoga lounge, kids’ playroom, and remote working stations.
Along with the amenities and residences, 72 Park Residences will have retail space, including a restaurant and pizzeria. The Next Miami notes that the shell of 72 Park Residences finished construction in February 2022. Lefferts is the developer and owner. Built Form is the architect.
It designed 72 Park Residences to have a double-height lobby with wraparound floor-to-ceiling windows. The luxury community’s address is 580 72nd St., Miami Beach, Florida, 33141, in Miami-Dade County. 72 Park Residences will be located south of Surfside.
