South Florida’s renowned commercial and residential firm, MGM Construction Group, has announced the commencement of construction on Phase 3 of the highly anticipated 10.8-acre Oasis Hallandale project in Hallandale Beach. The project, developed by Hallandale Oasis 2019 LLC, led by Giuseppe Iadisernia, and spearheaded by MGM as the general contractor, is set to bring a two-tower, mixed-use asset to the South Florida skyline.
A groundbreaking ceremony held recently marked the commencement of Phase 3. The event was attended by many supporters, partners, potential buyers, community leaders, and philanthropists. Attendees included notable figures like Marcel Fernandez, President of MGM Construction Group; Maria Alejandra Fermin, Vice President of MGM Construction Group; Steve Geller, District 5 Commissioner for Broward County; Bernardo Fort Brescia, Founder of Arquitectonica; and representatives from Domus Aurea Interiors, the interior design visionaries behind the project.
Phase 3 will yield 1,448,000 square feet of space and is expected to be complete by 2026. The completion of Phase 1 and the nearing end of Phase 2 are notable milestones, and the firm is simultaneously progressing towards the completion of NINE Hollywood, a 12-story, podium-style apartment complex in Hollywood, slated to wrap up construction by the end of 2023.
Located at 1000 East Hallandale Beach Boulevard, Oasis Hallandale is designed to house two towering 25-story structures, the East and West Towers. The towers will offer 500 luxury condominium units, bringing contemporary one, two, and three-bedroom residences to the market, with price points ranging from $580,000 to a lofty $3.5 million. The development will extend beyond residential spaces, including expansive office spaces and diverse dining options, aiming to create a comprehensive “live, work, play” environment.
“This project is truly unlike anything else in the area, offering residences, office spaces, restaurants, a grocery/market, and more. Everything a resident would want is only a few steps from their home.” said Marcel Fernandez, President of MGM Construction Group.
Once construction concludes, Oasis Hallandale is set to present an architecturally striking exterior by Arquitectonica, coupled with the indoor/outdoor design aesthetic characteristic of South Florida. The residences will feature floor-to-ceiling glass windows and sliding doors, ensuring abundant natural light and offering residents uninterrupted ocean views.
