Chile-based 3D visualizations, photography, and design firm PLANGO has unveiled a set of new renderings of the third phase at Oasis Hallandale, a pair of 25-story residential towers now under construction at 1000 East Hallandale Beach Boulevard in Hallandale Beach. Designed by renowned architectural firm Arquitectonica with interiors by Domus Aurea Interiors and developed by Hallandale Oasis 2019 LLC, led by Giuseppe Iadisernia, the 1,448,000-square-foot residential phase will be spread across two glass-enveloped towers offering 500 condominium units, accompanied by the completed first phase and a nearly complete second phase comprising office and retail.

The design of the two 25-story residential towers, as depicted in the rendered aerial perspectives, is both innovative and visually striking. The featured images show the pair of towers anchoring the 10.8-acre property, flanked by the other phases of the Oasis Hallandale complex.

The towers are aligned to form a gateway, offering breathtaking ocean views. Each tower houses 250 residential units, providing ample living space for residents.

One of the key design features of these towers is the use of vertical curves and chamfering edges that erode the corners of the balconies. This design choice adds a unique aesthetic element and creates a sense of symmetry between the two towers. The curves soften the edges of the buildings, giving them a more organic and fluid appearance that contrasts with the often rigid and angular architecture of many high-rise buildings. The glass-clad elevations feature wrap-around balconies that punctuate and mark the levels of each tower, with sections of lightly tinted glass that form the curving form.

The towers frame the sky, creating a distinctive silhouette that stands out against the backdrop of the city. This silhouette is intended to become a landmark of Hallandale, making the towers not just residential buildings but also a significant part of the city’s identity and skyline.
