Sovereign Properties and Invest Capital Group recently secured a $77 million loan to start construction on Atlantica at Daytona. The garden-style residential complex will comprise 341 apartments, ranging from one-bedroom to three-bedroom units. They will spread across seven low-rise buildings, per Multi-Family Housing News.
Rebusiness Online reports that units average around 980 square feet each. Interior on-site amenities include co-working spaces, a game room, a screened-in lanai with a fireplace, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. Outdoor amenities include a resort-style swimming pool, grill station, dog park, and more.
At this time, rent information isn’t available. Yet, our sources indicate that construction could start on the venture by the end of this year, with completion slated for October 2024. Google Earth’s renderings show that the future site of the luxury development is currently undeveloped.
Atlantica at Daytona isn’t the only multifamily housing complex unfolding on Florida’s Atlantic coast. Our sources indicate that another venture, Integra Tymber Creek, is also slated for a 2024 completion, offering 311 apartments. Florida YIMBY reported on this evolving development earlier this June.
Atlantica at Daytona’s address is 1799 N. Williamson Blvd., Daytona Beach, Florida, 32117, in Volusia County. The venture is east of I-95 and north of the Daytona International Speedway.
