Our sources report an exciting venture taking shape in Daytona Beach, Florida. The community? Integra Tymber Creek, a high-end multifamily housing development.
Construction began on the garden-style complex in January 2023, with the first units being available in the fourth quarter of 2024. Upon completion, the community will comprise 311 units spread across five four-story buildings.

PR Newswire notes that residents will have 12 different floorplans to choose from, ranging from one-bedroom to three-bedroom layouts. Most homes come with one or two bathrooms, depending on the square footage.
Communal amenities include a dog park, swimming pool, cabana, and clubhouse. This will all be located on the 33-acre Tymber Creek Village lot, offering easy access to many of Daytona Beach’s recreational and entertainment activities. Integra Land Co. is the developer. LandSouth Construction is the general contractor, and ACi Architects is the designer, per Multifamily Housing News.

Panther Residential Management will oversee leasing-related matters. Integra Tymber Creek’s address is 2619 LPGA Boulevard in Daytona Beach, Florida, 32124, in Volusia County. Integra Tymber Creek will be east of the Tiger Bay Wildlife Management Area and north of the Daytona International Speedway.
