Forté Development marked a significant milestone on June 28 with the groundbreaking ceremony for Forté Luxe, an exclusive luxury boutique waterfront community in Jupiter, Florida. Nestled amidst the captivating surroundings of the Intracoastal Waterway, this prestigious development consists of just 15 multi-level residences, offering unparalleled views from three sides. The location, 12450 Crystal Cove Place, sets the stage for an extraordinary living experience.
The groundbreaking event was graced by prominent figures such as Marius Fortelni, the founder and CEO of Forté Development; Caprice Weber, the executive vice president, and managing director at Douglas Elliman Development Marketing; Laurie Brandon and Rick Sartory, Council Members of the Village of Tequesta; Matthew Graham, the Assistant County Administrator for Martin County, and other esteemed local dignitaries. With prices ranging from $4.35 million to over $8 million, the completion of Forté Luxe is expected in March 2025.

KAST Construction is the general contractor, while Douglas Elliman Development Marketing exclusively handles the sales.
