The Hamlet at Wildlight to Offer 250 Build-to-Rent Units in Nassau County, FL

Construction continues on The Hamlet at Wildlight, a 250-unit community in Jacksonville, Florida. The multi-million-dollar venture is just one part of the larger Wildlight master-planned community, which spans 2,900 acres.

Per Pointe One Holdings, The Hamlet at Wildlight will offer various single-family homes, including duplexes, cottages, and townhomes. In-home amenities include quartz countertops, stainless steel EnergyStar appliances, and other integrated smart home features. Select units come with garages.

Amenities include a swimming pool.

Communal amenities include a dog park, grilling stations, pet spa, resort-style swimming pool, fitness center, and access to nearby walking trails. These are build-to-rent units that offer the welcoming feel of a neighborhood without the headaches of homeownership or maintenance.

Citybiz notes that construction started earlier in 2022. Middleburg Communities (which is based in Vienna, VA) has partnered with Parse Capital on the venture. They hope to wrap up construction by the fourth quarter of 2023.

Construction could end by late 2023.

The Hamlet at Wildlight isn’t the only of its kind under the Hamlet brand. Upon completion, it will accompany The Hamlet at Midcity, The Hamlet at Quail Crossing, and The Hamlet a Falling Creek. These communities are located in Alabama, North Carolina, and Virginia, respectively.

Citybiz notes that Middleburg has its hands full with thousands of similar projects unfolding across the U.S. Our sources don’t list an exact address for The Hamlet at Wildlight. However, we know that it’s located in Nassau County, FL.
