Black Lion Acquires Only Restaurant Space at Zaha Hadid’s One Thousand Museum for $6.4M

Real estate revolutionary and president of Black Lion, Robert Rivani, just acquired the coveted 6,500-square-foot ground floor restaurant space at the prestigious One Thousand Museum by Zaha Hadid for $6.4 million. This restaurant space is the only one in the 62-story luxury residential high-rise, developed by Louis Birdman, Gilberto Bomeny, Gregg Covin, and Kevin Venger, and home to high-profile owners including David & Victoria Beckham, David Grutman, Marc Anthony, billionaire Anthony Hsieh, and actress Sela Ann Ward. YIMBY Scopes Views Of The 62-Story One Thousand Museum In Downtown Miami

YIMBY recently took an exterior walk-through around one of Miami’s most prestigious residential developments, One Thousand Museum, a 62-story ultra-luxury condominium tower located at 1000 Biscayne Boulevard in the Park West district of Downtown Miami. Completed in 2019, the 707-foot-tall structure is designed by the late Zaha Hadid, founder of London-based Zaha Hadid Architects, and developed by 1000 Biscayne Tower LLC, a joint venture between developers Louis Birdman, Gilberto Bomeny, Gregg Covin and Kevin Venger. Standing as the current fifth tallest tower in Miami, the building spans over 950,000 square feet and yields 84 museum-quality residences including duplex townhomes, half-floor residences, full-floor penthouses, and a single duplex penthouse.
