Pebb Capital, Sabal Investment Holdings Acquire “The Press” in West Palm Beach, Plans for Major Improvements

Pebb Capital and Sabal Investment Holdings have announced the acquisition of “The Press,” a mixed-use property located at 2751 South Dixie Highway in West Palm Beach, Florida. The transaction, made in an off-market deal with Tricera Capital, includes plans for nearly $80 million in acquisition and repositioning efforts. These plans involve significant capital improvements, such as enhancing the office building’s common areas, completing spec suites, and upgrading the landscape and hardscape along Dixie Highway to attract additional high-quality tenants.

Major Acquisition Expands Developer’s Waterfront Footprint in North Bay Village

Continuum Company has expanded its presence in North Bay Village by acquiring Shuckers Waterfront Bar & Grill and Best Western On The Bay Inn & Marina (now known as North Bay Inn Miami) at 1819 and 1855 79th Street Causeway. This acquisition, supported by a $67.5 million loan from Longline Financial, extends Continuum’s waterfront footprint to 4.5 acres, adjacent to its latest development, Continuum Club & Residences. Oak Row Equities (Formerly Carpe Real Estate Partners) Acquires 2.1-Acre Edgewater Assemblage For Mixed-Use Development

Carpe Real Estate Partners, a vertically integrated real estate private equity and development company, founded by Erik Rutter and David Weitz in 2018, announced a rebrand to Oak Row Equities. The name change comes as the company continues to mature from its launch in 2018 with one property under management to now over three million square feet under development and one billion dollars of assets under management. In addition to the rebrand, Oak Row Equities announced that it has closed on the acquisition of a 2.1-acre site on one of the last remaining undeveloped city blocks in the urban core. The firm acquired 2600 Biscayne Boulevard in Miami’s popular Edgewater neighborhood for $35 million to develop a mixed-use project designed by architecture firm Arquitectonica.
