Current Builders is proud to announce the topping off of Avida Aventura, a sophisticated, 266-unit transit-oriented apartment community in the center of Aventura developed by Fifield Companies. Located at 19401 W. Dixie Highway, the eight-story development will include studio to three-bedroom floor plans and over 20,000 square feet of amenity space. Current Builders, led by CEO Michael Taylor, is the general contractor for the project, which is slated for completion in Fall 2023.
