Housing Trust Group (HTG), a national affordable housing developer, has partnered with AM Affordable Housing, a non-profit founded by NBA Hall of Famer and Miami Heat icon Alonzo Mourning, to secure financing and initiate construction on Astoria on 9th. This new $37.4 million, 120-unit affordable housing community in Bradenton will cater to seniors aged 62 and up.
