One Park Tower By Turnberry Secures $172M Construction Loan Facilitated By Berkadia

Berkadia announced it arranged for $172 million in construction financing for ONE Park Tower by Turnberry, a 33-story, 292-unit condominium tower located at 2411 Laguna Circle in the 184-acre master-planned community of SoLé Mia in North Miami, Florida. Designed by the award-winning architecture firm Arquitectonica, with interiors by the globally acclaimed Meyer Davis and landscaping by DS Boca, the building offers a variety of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, including a selection of penthouses. The financing deal was orchestrated by Managing Director Scott Wadler, Associate Director Alec Fox, Senior Managing Director Mitch Sinberg, and Managing Directors Brad Williamson and Matt Robbins of Berkadia South Florida. It was closed with Bank OZK on behalf of Turnberry, led by Chairman and CEO Jackie Soffer, on March 25.

Turnberry, an Aventura-based real estate developer, has broken ground on ONE Park Tower by Turnberry. The 33-story tower, located at 2411 Laguna Circle in North Miami – within the multi-billion dollar, 184-acre master-planned community of SoLé Mia, is slated to offer 299 residences. Over 50% of the units were sold within the first 18 months of sales. The condominium complex will feature a range of amenities, including a Mater Academy charter school, a 363,000-square-foot Uhealth Medical Center, Reserve Padel Club, restaurants, retail outlets, and parks. The development is designed to embrace resort-style living, with residences overlooking a seven-acre Crystal Lagoon® set against a backdrop of natural landscapes. ONE Park Tower by Turnberry is brought to life by an award-winning team, with architecture by Arquitectonica, interior design by Meyer Davis, and gardens curated by DS Boca.
