On November 17, local dignitaries and hospitality professionals gathered at 398 Northeast 5th Street in Downtown Miami to celebrate the official grand opening of The Elser Hotel & Residences with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Highgate officiated the event, the hotel’s management company, alongside national developer PMG, Canadian real estate private equity firm Greybrook, the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce, and Government Liaison Tomas Alcala.
