Developers Unveil Vision for New Mixed-Use Development in Miami Beach’s Lincoln Road District

Lincoln Road Property Owner L.P., a joint venture led by an affiliate of Starwood Capital Group, Integra Investments and The Comras Company, has responded to a Request for Proposals (RFP) from the City of Miami Beach with plans to lease a pair of surface parking lots and develop The Gardens at Lincoln Lane, a low-rise mixed-use development that will comprise just under 130,000 square feet of Class A office space, 25,000 square feet of street-level retail, and more than 425 easily accessible parking spaces. The project is designed by Brandon Haw Architecture, along with West 8 Urban Design & Landscape Architecture, and will occupy a 1.1-acre lot at 1080 Lincoln Lane North and a 0.9-acre lot at 1680 Lennox Avenue in the Lincoln Road District.

Sephora, Lucid Motors, Bowlero Ink Leases At $4 Billion Miami Worldcenter Development

Miami Worldcenter, the 27-acre – $4 billion mixed-use development led by Art Falcone, Nitin Motwani and CIM Group, has signed on three new major retail tenants to lease up space. Multinational beauty retailer Sephora, electric vehicle manufacturer Lucid Motors, and bowling chain Bowlero will occupy a combined 60,000 square feet of space. Leasing is being led by the CIM Group and Miami-based The Comras Company, and are scheduled to open retail venues in 2022.
