National real estate development firm Landau Properties today announced the groundbreaking of Indian Creek Residences & Yacht Club, a highly anticipated new residential development transforming the south shore of Miami’s Bay Harbor Islands. Following the development’s setting of a new price record for the most expensive condo sale on the islands, project officials gathered to celebrate the commencement of construction on the building.

Landau Properties, a real estate development firm based in New York and South Florida, has announced a significant construction loan for the upcoming Indian Creek Residences & Yacht Club on Miami’s Bay Harbor Islands. The boutique residential property, which will feature condominium residences and a private marina, has secured a $29 million construction financing package. Construction on the development is underway, and sales are formally scheduled to launch this fall.
