Construction is complete on Aston Martin Residences, a 66-story residential building at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way in downtown Miami. Located at the mouth of the Miami River, this milestone was celebrated with a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by the Coto family, Aston Martin executives, Buenos Aires-based architect Rodolfo Miani from Bodas Miani Anger, leaders from Cervera Real Estate, and Miami Mayor Francis Suarez. The event marked the culmination of nearly a decade of development, with the tower now officially open and housing 391 condominiums. Projections suggest a sellout value exceeding $1 billion.

The tower, at 817 feet, is the tallest all-residential high-rise south of New York City. It is part of the expanding trend of branded condominiums in South Florida and debuted just days before the Formula One Miami Grand Prix. It is the first Aston Martin-branded residential building globally, joining other regional automotive-branded properties.

The architectural design of Aston Martin Residences embodies the aerodynamic aesthetics synonymous with the luxury vehicle brand. This 66-story building, distinguished by its sail-like silhouette, utilizes a sleek, glass-clad facade that reflects the surrounding waters of Biscayne Bay, enhancing its visual connection to the maritime environment. The interiors are finished with the same meticulous attention to detail, featuring wood paneling and marble surfaces that evoke the luxury of an Aston Martin car. Elements such as custom scents, familiar in Aston Martin’s showrooms, permeate the common spaces, adding an extra layer of brand-specific luxury.

Closings have begun at the building, and nearly all units have been presold. The only unit remaining is a lavish 27,000-square-foot triplex penthouse, listed at $59 million. Since its launch in 2016, the project has been spearheaded by G&G Business Development, owned by the Coto family, with Cervera Real Estate managing sales and marketing efforts. The property, purchased in 2014 for a record-setting $125 million from developers Ugo Colombo and Diego Lowenstein, reflects Aston Martin’s commitment to luxury and design, featuring amenities such as an art gallery, movie theater, children’s and teens’ lounges, fitness center, spa, indoor and outdoor pools on the 55th floor, and a superyacht marina.
