Our sources point to an exciting venture taking shape in Madeira Beach. The Beachmaker Hotel will measure eight stories above grade, offering 161 hotel condos.
According to Paradise News, “owners can relish 90 days of personal use, augmented by the Marriott reservation system.” Plans also call for 10 residential penthouses starting in the $3,200,000s—although the pricing is subject to change.
St. Pete Rising notes that the eight-story building will host 30,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space and restaurants, with tenants including the Bom Bom Pool Bar and Grill, Archie’s Coffeehouse and Bodega, and Cozina Mediterranean restaurant. There will also be two parking levels on the second and third floors.
The hotel condos will occupy floors four to seven, while the penthouses will be located on the building’s top floor. The Beachmaker Hotel will host 25,000 square feet of amenities. A fourth-floor amenity deck will include two swimming pools, firepits, cabanas, and a banquet hall.
The Beachmaker Hotel will be a luxury resort under the Marriott Autograph Collection banner. Construction is expected to start later this year, with completion slated for 2026. The building will occupy a 2.5-acre site located at 14500 Madeira Way, Madeira Beach, FL, 33708, in Pinellas County.
