A new multi-family housing complex is unraveling in Pompano Beach, Florida. Sonata Apartments will have 121 units, with at least 57 designated as rent-restricted housing.

Foundation work has been completed for Twenty Sixth & 2nd Wynwood Residences, an eight-story mixed-use development at 2600 NW 2nd Avenue in Miami’s Wynwood neighborhood. The project is being developed by PMG and LNDMRK Development, designed by Cube 3, and built by John Moriarty & Associates, with interiors by Cotofana Designs. Completion is anticipated in the second quarter of 2028.
