Pinnacle 441, a mixed-use venture offering affordable housing options, is scheduled to break ground in April 2022. The $35 million project will offer 113 residential units. There are 14 one-bedroom/one-bathroom units, 64 two-bedroom/two-bathroom units, and 35 three-bedroom/two-bathroom units.
According to Pinnacle’s website, the affordable housing units are set aside for those making 60 percent or less of the area’s median income. Amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, cyber lounge, and children’s playground.

The eight-story building is situated on 3.11 acres in Hollywood, Florida. The building’s ground floor will provide 6,500 square feet of commercial space, facing the State Road 7/US441 corridor. It’s also less than a mile away from the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, which sees hundreds of visitors each day.
Kaller Architecture designed the building. Renderings show a high-rise building with a sleek modern design, featuring balconies and a landscaped courtyard. Right now, Kaller Architecture currently has 30 active projects, all unfolding right now in South Florida.

KEITH (Corporate Office) is the civil engineer. Pinnacle Housing Group, Inc., Pinnacle 441’s owner, is also doubling as the general contractor. The Miami-based firm presently has 12 active projects mostly in the private residential sector.

I was a resident at Avery Glenn in ft Lauderdale move to Pinnacle at Peace field in Hollywood to be near my daughter.After seeing the building on 441 it more suite my living. I have a very good standard with Avery Glenn n Peace field Krissy manager have known her for about 10 years after living in both development she can give you a good resume of me. Would love it if you can allow me a 1 bedroom unit in this beautiful building. thank you for allowing for over 10 years enjoying Pinnacle development.

For anyone wondering how to apply, they have not released the leasing applications yet. They are expected to finish building in q1 of 2024 which is between January 1st through March 31st. Call this number (754)-704-1145 as frequently as possible to obtain information on when they will begin applications. They will ONLY release when they begin applications through this automated phone number. If you can’t see the number I posted for any reason just go online and search for construction pictures of pinnacle 441. Look for the picture with the sign in it which has the phone number on it. Zoom in get the number and call everyday. You don’t have to go their physically. Be blessed of the Lord.
