Countyline Apartments is unfolding in Miami-Dade County, the South Florida Business Journal reports. The project will cost just over $25 million to build, and it’s owned by Cade Capital Partners, which has two active projects in the private residential sector. It purchased the 3.55-acre site for around $1.09 million in 2019. Before acquisition, the build site was previously undeveloped.

The Construction Journal reports that Delant Construction is the general contractor. The complex will comprise 112 units and require more than 128,000 square feet of new construction. Units will have stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. They range anywhere from 750 square feet to around 1,400 square feet each. There are 26 one-bedroom units, 68 two-bedroom units, and 18 three-bedroom units.
Upper-floor units have balconies, and bottom-level units have patios. A June 2019 report from the South Florida Business Journal reports that 10 percent of available units will be designated as workforce housing. That’s roughly 11 units.

Amenities include a fitness center, swimming pool, business center, and children’s playground. The complex also features more than 170 parking spots. Corwil Architects Inc. is the architect. Countyline Apartments’ address is 1080 Northeast 215th Street, Miami, FL, 33179, in Miami-Dade County.
