AKAI Estates, a 44-acre single-family home development in Southwest Ranches, Florida has officially broken ground. Located at 4730 Akai Drive, the development will consist of 16 ultramodern luxury estates that span between 7,000 to over 15,000 square feet within a fully-gated community, inclusive of cutting-edge amenities. AKAI Estates is conceptually designed by internationally acclaimed architect Vasco Vieira, founder and head architect of Portugal-based firm Vasco Vieira Arquitectos, alongside FSMY Architects + Planners as the architect of record.
