A new multi-family housing complex is unraveling in Pompano Beach, Florida. Sonata Apartments will have 121 units, with at least 57 designated as rent-restricted housing.

Foundation work is underway at 1600 Edgewater, a 33-story residential building at 1600 Northeast 2nd Avenue in Miami’s Arts & Entertainment District. Designed by Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design and developed by Sabet Group, the approximately 384-foot-tall structure will yield 282 rental units, 9,519 square feet of commercial space, and 352 parking spaces. GT McDonald Construction is serving as general contractor.
