Updated Plans Filed For ‘Calle 8’ In Brickell, Gets Height Boost To 856 Feet Above Ground Across 65 Stories

Miami-Dade County planners have been presented with updated plans for Calle 8, a mixed-use development proposed for 190 Southwest 8th Street in Brickell, innovatively designed by BMA Architects and developed by Millennium Developments of Brickell LLC, an affiliate of Aston Martin Residences developer G&G Business Developments. The January 17th filing represents a significant change from its initial proposal, aiming to transform a 0.92-acre parcel of land along Southwest 2nd Avenue, between Southwest 8th and 9th Streets, into a dynamic vertical urban hub.

Aston Martin Residences Tops Off At 816-Feet Over Downtown Miami

Construction has topped off on Aston Martin Residences, a 66-story, 816-foot-tall residential skyscraper at 300 Biscayne Boulevard located in Downtown Miami. Designed by BMA Arquitectos y Associados with Revuelta Architecture International as the architect of record and developed by G & G Business Developments in collaboration with luxury automaker Aston Martin, the sail-shaped reinforced concrete structure will yield 391 luxury dwelling units with over 42,000 square feet of amenities. Coastal Construction is managing construction, while Cervera Real Estate is handling sales and marketing.

Construction Continues On Aston Martin Residences In Downtown Miami

YIMBY recently checked in on the progress of construction at the Aston Martin Residences, a 66-story luxury residential skyscraper under construction at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way in Downtown Miami. Designed by BMA Arquitectos & Asociados with Revuelta Architecture International as the executive architect and developed by G&G Business Developments, the structure is on its way to its final height of 816-feet-tall and picking up the title for second tallest building in all of Miami. The building will yield 391 tastefully designed residences in collaboration with automaker Aston Martin.

Aston Martin Residences Continues Ascent In To Downtown Miami’s Skyline

Construction continues to make progress on Aston Martin Residences, a 816-foot-tall, 66-story luxury residential skyscraper in Downtown Miami. Located at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way, and rising on the northern mouth of the Miami River, the building is designed by BMA Arquitectos & Asociados and Revuelta Architecture International, and developed by G&G Business Developments in collaboration with Aston Martin. The development will yield 391 residential units, and is on track to soon become the city’s second tallest building.
