Construction has topped off on Aston Martin Residences, a 66-story, 816-foot-tall residential skyscraper at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way located in Downtown Miami. Designed by BMA Arquitectos & Asociados with Revuelta Architecture International as the architect of record and developed by G & G Business Developments in collaboration with luxury automaker Aston Martin, the sail-shaped reinforced concrete structure will yield 391 luxury dwelling units with over 42,000 square feet of amenities. Coastal Construction is managing construction, while Cervera Real Estate is handling sales and marketing.

YIMBY last visited the development site for Aston Martin Residences back in October, when the structure was at 62 stories with just a few penthouse levels remaining to be formed. The developer celebrated the topping off of the building on November 30, 2021 with a display of fireworks launched over the Miami River. Curtainwall installation is now approaching the penthouse levels, and the true tone and vibrancy of the glass is being revealed little by little with the removal of the blue protective film.

“When we acquired the land, our vision was to build a new landmark, a love letter to Miami and a new benchmark in ultra-luxury living. I’m delighted that the reality is even more magnificent than the vision. To see the Aston Martin Residences reach the top floor fills me with pride.” said Germán Coto, CEO of G&G Business Developments

Typically, building’s turn out quite different from architectural renderings. In the case of Aston Martin Residences, the developer and the team of architects and engineers managed to almost perfectly develop the original vision of the tower. From the sail-shape and smooth vertical curve of the structure, to the parking garage, balcony arrangement and setback at the amenity level, the building strongly resembles the conceptual renderings. All that is left is the removal of the blue protective film on the installed glass and the installation of the remaining panels of façade on the exterior.

“This is a wonderful moment in the development of Aston Martin’s first-ever real estate partnership. it is one thing to look at the structure as drawings and models but to see this magnificent tower reach its full height is incredible.” said Marek Reichman, EVP & Chief Creative Officer at Aston Martin Lagonda

“This collaboration has given Aston Martin the opportunity to define ultra-luxury in the residential space with unique and exclusive designs, exquisite materials and detailed craftsmanship, always with an eye on the balance between beauty and performance.” said Marek Reichman, EVP & Chief Creative Officer at Aston Martin Lagonda

Inventory at Aston Martin Residences is now about 80% sold, according to the developer. Units start from $750,000 to $8,800,000 for River and Panoramic Residences; Sky and Penthouse Residences range between $14,000,000 and $50,000,000 for the Sky and Penthouse Residences. The smallest unit in the building is a 698-square-foot studio, while the largest residence, Penthouse 08, occupies floors 63 through 65 and spans 27,191 square feet including interior and exterior spaces. Residents are treated with 42,275 square feet of luxury Sky Amenities on levels 52 through 55, including a fitness center and spa lounge, spinning room and boxing room, treatment suites, sauna, meditation room, beauty salon and barbershop, a virtual game room and two movie theatres. The outdoor amenities feature an outdoor landscaped deck with an infinity pool and cabanas, a sky bar and lounge alongside. Residents also will have access to a grand salon and a State-of-the-art Chef’s kitchen with a private dining room.

Construction is expected to reach completion in 2022.

  1. WOW!
AS A NEW YORKER, I’VE OFTEN HEARD THE COMMENT, WHEN YET ANOTHER ‘MONSTER’ SKYSCRAPER ‘GRACES’ – THE BIG APPLE,
THAT …. THE “ISLAND” WILL SURLY ‘SINK’ … I FEAR THAT MIAMI, (DOWNTOWN) IS PUSHING THE LIMIT.
BUT THEN, WHAT DO I KNOW? PERHAPS IF THEY ‘SINK’ THEY BECOME … OCEAN GOING CRUSE SHIPS.
THE QUOTE: ‘THE SKY’S THE LIMIT!’ – TAKES ON NEW MEANING.

  2. Great pictures and article Mr. Nunez. This building is incredible
