Ryan Companies US, Inc. has announced the completion of Renata at Lakewood Ranch, a 502-unit multifamily community within the 33,000-acre master-planned Lakewood Ranch development in Bradenton, Florida. This milestone marks the delivery of the final building in the 15-building project, with the first residents moving in as early as February 2024. Ryan served as the project’s developer and builder, working in a joint venture with PGIM and Park Springs.

Positioned strategically south of St. Petersburg and north of Sarasota, Alton Lakewood is at the nexus of the Greater Tampa Bay area’s dynamic growth. This development aims to contribute to the housing diversity within this rapidly expanding region, offering a mix of three- and four-story buildings that collectively house 350 units.
