Construction to Start on The Stadler at 5801 El Conquistador Parkway, Bradenton, FL

Construction could soon commence on The Stadler, a residential project within the Lake Flores Master Planned Community. It would comprise 382,248 square feet of new construction in Bradenton, FL.

The venture would offer 279 units split between two three-story buildings on a nine-acre plot. Homes would range from one-bedroom to three-bedroom units, with the largest homes measuring 1,445 square feet.

The complex will offer a lazy river, among other amenities.

Multi-Housing News notes that homes will come outfitted with integrated smart home technology and in-unit washers and dryers. Select units come with either balconies or patios. Future residents at The Stadler will enjoy the dog park, spa, fitness center, and pickle ball court.

There will also be a lazy river-style swimming pool. Groundbreaking is expected by the end of this month, with completion planned for summer 2025. Thompson Thrift is the project’s developer. It recently started construction on The Junction at Rockledge, a 380-unit complex in Rockledge, FL.

The venture is part of a larger master-planned community.

Florida YIMBY reported on that project in December 2023. Back to The Stadler. Studio M is the architect. On its website, it lists Kimley-Horn, Landscape Architectural Services LLC, and Integrity Structural Corporation as being involved in the project.

Our sources list The Stadler’s address as 5801 El Conquistador Parkway, Bradenton, FL, 34210, in Manatee County.
