The Junction at Rockledge Planned for 2025 Release at 4101 Fiske Trail, Rockledge, Florida

Indiana-based Thompson Thrift has plans for a multi-family housing development in Rockledge, FL. The Junction at Rockledge would offer 380 luxury units, with the largest one reaching no more than 1,500 square feet.

Layout plans range from one-bedroom to three-bedroom floorplans, featuring stainless steel appliances, private patios, and in-unit washers/dryers. Communal amenities include a fitness center, dog run and pet spa, pickleball courts, swimming pool, and more.

The complex would occupy a 25-acre site.

Construction on the Class A housing development could start by the end of this year, with completion slated for the first quarter of 2025. Multi-Family Housing News reports that Thompson Thrift acquired the build site for $16.3 million. Zillow shows that the build site is home to a four-bedroom home that sold for $1 million in December 2022.

The Junction at Rockledge will cost $75.6 million to complete. It’s not the only project that Thompson Thrift has in its pipeline right now. Previously, Florida YIMBY reported on Standard441, a 300-unit residential complex in Lady Lake, FL. The Indiana developer is also the power behind the Quinn and the Concord.

Those have 324 units and 257 units respectively. The Junction at Rockledge will be located at 4101 Fiske Trail, Rockledge, Florida, 32955, in Brevard County.

  1. Rockledge could use restaurants and shopping not more condos. Poor planning for our community.

  2. Everyone wants to build more condos and apartments that are not affordable, who wants to live in rockledge when you will have to travel to get something to eat that isn’t burger King or McDonald’s.You will also have to travel to shop for anything not found at pulix, because that is all we have.

  3. Blame the politicians that you keep re-electing.

  4. I would like to know more about the apartments and the price
