Kolter Multifamily LLC, part of The Kolter Group based in Delray Beach, has broken ground on Alton Lakewood, a new multifamily development situated at 14750 FL-64 in Bradenton, Manatee County. Positioned strategically south of St. Petersburg and north of Sarasota, Alton Lakewood is at the nexus of the Greater Tampa Bay area’s dynamic growth.
