The Allen Morris Company, one of the largest diversified real estate firms in the Southeast, and Xenel International U.S.A. (XIUSA), a diversified company and long-term landowner based in California, announce Residences at Xentury City, a $75 million multifamily development located in Osceola County. Designed by award-winning architecture firm Dwell Design Studio with Shim Studios as the interior designer, the project is comprised 293,000 square feet of new construction across five 4-story garden-style buildings which would yield 311 residential units, a leasing center and world-amenities.
The project site is located adjacent to the 1,700-room Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center which sits along West Osceola Parkway intersecting with International Drive and operates as a lessee/tenant within the Xentury City property. XIUSA owns swaths of land spanning well over 200-acres surrounding the Gaylord location. Xentury City is close to all the theme parks including Disney World and Universal Studios and has developed a major transportation network to access the site. The site is also 30 minutes from Downtown Orlando and 20 minutes from Orlando International Airport.

Groundbreaking for the project is scheduled for Q1 2022 and is slated for completion in Q2 2023.
