Construction is underway on SeaGlass Cove, a residential island community at 59720 Overseas Highway in Grassy Key, Florida. Designed by Alderman Planning Company with Landwise Design as the landscape architect and developed in collaboration between Miami-based Constellation Group and Ironwood Venture Group, SeaGlass Cove features 14 single-family homes in a private gated community featuring interiors from designBAR. $17 million in construction funding was provided to the developers by Banesco USA. Construction is expected to complete sometime in 2024.
SeaGlass Cove is 20 minutes South of Islamorada, is in close proximity to the Florida Keys/Marathon International Airport, and offers convenient access to Overseas Highway, which spans the entire chain of the Keys, and over the Atlantic Ocean, Florida Bay, and the Gulf of Mexico.

Internet Realty is handling sales, with prices starting at $3 million. Since its launch in the last quarter of 2022, the project has seen great success, with over 40% of the residences already under contract or reserved.
