Occupying a prime location along the northern side of Riverwalk Fort Lauderdale, this venture introduces one of the brand’s most expansive restaurants to date, boasting an accommodating 108-seat interior covering 3,477 square feet, complemented by a 38-seat, 842-square-foot patio. Vibrant bursts of color, natural wood textures, playful interior graphics, and engaging messages define the restaurant’s design, offering an authentic and relaxed atmosphere for guests to relish.

Velvet Taco’s extensive menu presents internationally inspired and meticulously curated tacos, thoughtfully categorized into sections like chicken, vegetarian, pork, beef, fish, and gluten-free options. Noteworthy selections include the Chicken & Waffle, ingeniously served within a house-pressed waffle tortilla; the Mediterranean Mushroom, featuring tzatziki, chimichurri, and queso fresco; The Cuban, crafted with slow-roasted pulled pork; the Kobe Smash Burger, adorned with velvet sauce; and the Fish n’ Chips, presenting beer-battered cod with curry aioli and French fries. To complement the feast, the brand’s signature Red Velvet Cake, paired with cream cheese frosting and signature cajeta sauce, is lovingly prepared in-house daily, offering a perfect conclusion to any meal.
