  1. Sort of cool shape around the circular bank building, but the parking structure is almost bigger than the apartment building. Will that structure ever get more than half full? It is way too massive even with the funky murals and creative paint job.

  2. Of course it will be more than half full as they aren’t half fools and building in a desirable area in need of much more housing.

  3. Sorry. Don’t give a s..t about these. Where’s the affordable housing for Oakland Park residents? How can a young person recently graduated from college, who found a job here, but the pay scale is too low in Florida, how could they afford a studio or a one bedroom which I believe is around $2000.00 +/- and very tiny.

  4. Just what we needed. Another Highrise with another thousand people. Are there another thousand jobs? Or new roads to relieve the already unbelievable traffic?

  5. A hideous building designed by a famous architect. The parking structure was done so cheaply. All they did was paint different color blocks and have no screens to hide the openings when you’re driving down the highway at night you can see the fluorescent lights over a mile away talk about visual pollution. The worst part is surrounds a landmark, beautifully, restored Citibank round building what a crime.
