The Calta Group celebrated the foundation pour for their project, Revv Hollywood, on Thursday, January 18—this event marks progress in constructing the 180-unit multifamily apartment building. Designed by Borges Architects + Associates based in Miami, the eight-story building will offer a mix of studios, live-work units, and one- and two-bedroom apartments. Notable attendees included Hollywood Mayor Josh Levy, City Commissioners Traci L. Callari and Idelma Quintana, and The Calta Group project team. Construgama 77 LLC is the shell contractor and Polimix is supplying concrete.

Located at 2233 Hollywood Boulevard in Hollywood, Florida, near Young Circle and its park, Revv Hollywood is positioned near local restaurants, healthcare facilities, and schools. Its nearness to Fort Lauderdale International Airport is expected to be a key factor in attracting a diverse tenant base.

Revv Hollywood is set to include amenities such as a resort-style pool, co-working space, gym, live-work spaces, and retail space on the ground floor. The apartments will feature stainless steel appliances, stone counters, in-unit washers and dryers, custom lighting and plumbing fixtures, and advanced in-home technology.

The completion of Revv Hollywood is anticipated in the summer of 2025, with leasing details expected to be announced as the project nears completion.
